SOMET 2027 Conference Registration
We sincerely thank all authors, speakers and participants for their contribution to SOMET 2027. All attendees are kindly requested to complete the registration procedure in accordance with the instructions below.
Registration Information
All participants attending SOMET 2027 are required to register. Related forms and supporting documents, together with payment in US dollars, must be received no later than June 10, 2027.
For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete a full author registration by June 10, 2027. Papers not covered by a valid registration by this date cannot be included in the SOMET 2027 technical programme and conference proceedings.
The registration fee includes the online open-access conference proceedings book, access to technical sessions, coffee services and conference lunches.
An official receipt for the registration fee payment will be provided upon request.
Registration Form
The SOMET 2027 Registration Form will be available from June 1, 2027.
Please complete the Registration Form and pay the applicable registration fee by bank transfer or credit card.
Camera-Ready Paper Instructions
Authors are requested to prepare the final camera-ready manuscript according to the IOS Press Book Article format and conference instructions.
The standard paper length is 10 pages. If additional space is required, authors may add up to 6 extra pages.
Extra pages beyond the regular page limit are charged at USD 25 per page.
Please ensure that all figures, tables and illustrations are of publication quality and that the manuscript fully complies with the required IOS Press formatting guidelines.
Conference Registration Fees
All registration fees are in US dollars.

Conference Banquet
The SOMET 2027 Conference Banquet is planned for the evening of September 9, 2027.
Participation in the banquet is optional and is not included in the regular conference registration fee. The banquet fee is USD 85 per person.
For participants registering an accepted paper, the banquet option should preferably be included with the main registration by June 10, 2027.
Separate banquet tickets may be purchased by bank transfer after June 10, 2027. Separate banquet purchase requests by bank transfer will close on August 16, 2027.
Credit Card Payment
Credit card payment is available for SOMET 2027. The online payment facility will remain available until June 10, 2027.
Bank Transfer Information
Proof of Payment
After completing the bank transfer, please send a copy of the payment proof or remittance document by email.
Please include your full name, affiliation and Paper ID in the email whenever applicable, so that the payment can be correctly matched with your SOMET 2027 registration.
